Azmal Hossain Rafi is a fund manager at LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited (LBAMCL). He has been managing LankaBangla Al-Arafah Shariah Unit Fund since September 2020. He joined LBAMCL in 2017 as a research analyst and has extensively covered Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG sectors for identifying potential investment opportunities.

Mr. Rafi is a CFA charter holder. He completed his MSc in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and Bachelor’s in Business Administration from North South University.

Mostafa Noman s a fund manager at LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited (LBAMCL). He has been managing LankaBangla Gratuity Wealth Builder Fund since its inception. He joined LBAMCL in 2016 as a research analyst and has extensively covered Bank, Fuel & Power, and construction sectors for identifying potential investment opportunities.

Mr. Noman is a graduate in Finance from North South University. He completed his post-graduation from Jahangirnagar University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III Candidate for August 2024 exam of CFA Institute.

Md. Rakibuzzaman, Manager, joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in May 2016. During his tenure of office he looked after different functions in Research, Marketing as well as Alternative Investment Department. Currently he is discharging the responsibility as Head of Operations & Compliance Department. In addition to the current role, he is aslo acting as the “Compliance Officer” since March, 2021.

Mr. Rakibuzzaman holds a BBA and MBA from University of Dhaka concentrating on Marketing.

Md. Noor Alam Hossain joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in September 2015 and currently holds the position of Assistant Manager in Operations & Compliance Department. Prior to joining LBAMCL, Mr. Hossain worked as an Associate at Capital & Asset Portfolio Management Company (CAPM). He completed his BBS and MBS from National University, Bangladesh.

Mr. Nazib Uddin Ahamed joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in September 2012 and currently holds the position of Assistant Manager in HR & Admin Department. Prior to joining LBAMCL, Mr. Ahamed worked as a Jr. Executive at Orient Energy Systems Ltd. Bangladesh. He completed his master’s in human resource management from Stamford University Bangladesh.

Abdullah Al Shaekh, Assistant Manager, is acting as senior research analyst in LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited (LBAMCL). He joined LBAMCL in 2016 and has been extensively covering Insurance, Mutual Fund, Footwear and Ceramic sectors for identifying potential investment opportunities..

He completed his BBA and MBA from North South University majoring in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II Candidate for November 2024 exam of CFA Institute. He has also been pursuing ACCA qualification and has completed 6 courses (out of 14 courses) from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Faiza Hossain joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in April 2024 and currently holds the position of Executive in the Operations and Compliance Department.

She holds prior experience of working in a reputed chartered accountancy firm and accounting outsourcing firms.

She is actively pursuing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification and has successfully completed 7 out of 13 required papers.

Mr. Tusar Hosen joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in March 2024 and currently holds the position of Executive in Operations and Compliance Department.

He completed his CA articleship under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) from K.M. Hasan & Co.

He also completed his BBA and MBA from Northern University Bangladesh majoring in Accounting.

Rejwana Shumi joined LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited in June 2016 and currently holds the position of Junior Executive in Admin Department.

She completed her BA (Hons) under National University and MBA in HRM from Prime University.
